Troop 864 is chartered by the Lancaster Elks Lodge, in downtown Lancaster, New York, which is chartered by the Boy Scouts of America to use the scouting program.

The Greater Niagara Frontier Council (GNFC) is composed of seven districts. Our troop is in the Cayuga District, which consists of packs from Alden, Cheektowaga, Depew and Lancaster.
